Ordered December 7, for my son’s Santa gift. Still hasn’t arrived January 3rd. Both my orders I placed have been “ delayed in shipping” very disappointing

Still havent recieved about a month after ordering online. Shipping address was incorrect due to an autocorrect error. Tried emailing and calling to get it corrected and never got a response or a phone call back
My grandson loves it
Item may begreat but have not received it yet. Was supposed to be delivered
By Christmas. Grandson very diapointed
